Founded in March, 2004, Guizhou CVC INC (hereafter called ˇ°CVCˇ±) is a comprehensive foreign trade enterprise with import and export rights approved by Department of Commerce of Guizhou Province and also a domestic trade enterprise. CVC has independent juridical person qualification, and its registered capital is RMB 20 million.
CVC now has No.1, 2 and 3 Business Department, Auto Parts Department, Complete Set Equipment Department, Medical Equipment Department, ***umentary Department, Risk and Credit Managerial Department, Financial Department, Network Department, and also two offices set up in Nanning, China and Hanoi, Vietnam.
Co***ny business scopes: self-run or act as the agent for imports and exports of kinds of merchandises and technologies (except the ones limited or prohibited by the government). Main merchandises: auto parts, complete set equipments for hydropower plant, construction material, hardware, electrical appliances and chemicals, electromechanical products, metal material, wire, cable, office supplies, labor protection products, ornaments, valves and pipes, apparatus and meters, sealing materials, grocery products, chemical products and their raw materials (exclude perils, poison, flammable and explosive chemistry), household electrical appliances, textiles, rubber products, mineral products (except for those controlled by government), environmental products (degradable resin), computers and software, consultation services (not include intermediary service).
